FEEDING DIRECTIONS
Feed PNW 14% SELECT BLEND to mature cattle, horses, and goats as a roughage
source. This product should be fed at a rate of 0.4 to 0.6 percent of body weight or at
a rate of 2.0 to 3.0 pounds per 500 pounds of body weight. Feeding rates depend
heavily on supplementation, the quality of forage, activity level, age, breed,
temperament, special needs, and individual metabolism of each animal. Supply fresh
feed daily. Feed livestock regularly, preferably two or more times daily. Changes in
rates of feeding or type of feed should be made gradually. Hay should be of excellent
quality. Fresh, clean water should be available at all times. Do not feed old, moldy, or
insect infested feeds as they may cause illness, abortions, or death. Store in a cool,
dry place.
